Domaine de Bellegarde is a stunning 19th-century residence set on a six-acre estate in Soustons, fully restored in 2002. The 2.5-hectare grounds, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Soustons, are perfect for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and swimming. The area is known for its forests, vineyards, and world-class golf courses. The village of Soustons is within walking distance or a short drive away. The ground floor features a spacious living room with wood paneling, parquet floors, and a grand oak staircase.
