Domaine de Bellegarde is a stunning 19th-century residence set on a six-acre estate in Soustons, fully restored in 2002. The 2.5-hectare property, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Soustons, is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and swimming. The area is renowned for its forests, vineyards, and world-class golf courses. The village of Soustons is within walking distance or a short drive. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with wood paneling, parquet floors, and a grand oak staircase. There’s also an office, lounge, dining room, billiards room, kitchen, WC and shower room, plus terraces for outdoor dining. The reading and TV room features a marble fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, and a selection of DVDs, books, and magazines.
